Running From My Wife

I've been running on and off (more off than on!!) for three years now. This blog is intended to keep me motivated through the ups and downs of this journey! p.s. Running is also an excuse to get away from The Wife

Distance : 4.5kms (Treadmill)
Time : 25 minutes

It was a scorching run. It's really humid and I was struggling even after the 5.5 mile cycling that I did.

Food Diary :

Breakfast : 1 bowl plain yoghurt
Lunch : 150gms fat-free yoghurt, Caesar Salad (chicken, lettuce, croutons), 1 energy bar
Dinner : Boiled Egg Sandwich with whole wheat bread, 150 gms low-fat yoghurt, Carrot Juice.
