It was a scorching run. It's really humid and I was struggling even after the 5.5 mile cycling that I did.
Food Diary :
Breakfast : 1 bowl plain yoghurt
Lunch : 150gms fat-free yoghurt, Caesar Salad (chicken, lettuce, croutons), 1 energy bar
Dinner : Boiled Egg Sandwich with whole wheat bread, 150 gms low-fat yoghurt, Carrot Juice.
