Had a slight stress fracture on my left shin, so did not run much the whole of last week.

(Was distinctly couple of minutes faster than usual, as I adjusted my body a little to the water. I usually would swim with part of my legs beneath the water. By adjusting it to just about the surface of the water, I was able to streamline my body better, and therefore gain the 2 minutes. Super!
