Cycling:
Distance : 6.05 miles (9.6 kms)
Time : 20 minutes
Swimming:
Distance : 50 laps (1.25 kms)
Time : ~27 minutes
(Was distinctly couple of minutes faster than usual, as I adjusted my body a little to the water. I usually would swim with part of my legs beneath the water. By adjusting it to just about the surface of the water, I was able to streamline my body better, and therefore gain the 2 minutes. Super!
