I've been running on and off (more off than on!!) for three years now. This blog is intended to keep me motivated through the ups and downs of this journey! p.s. Running is also an excuse to get away from The Wife

@ karmic_jay: cool...my target is to get to 10 kms in under 54 minutes by Sept 1...and then under 50 minutes by Dec 1...the race is on..! and next year run the Standard Chartered 10-k marathon...
