Plus weight training.
I thought I will experiment a bit. I increased my speed to 11.5km/h and run a shorter distance, just to give my body a jolt. It wasn't that bad. Really enjoyed pushing myself.
Food Diary :
Breakfast : 1 cup Muesli with milk
Snack : Cinnamon Roll (BAD BOY!!!)
Lunch : Chicken curry with Rice and 1 Indian Bread, Ice-cream, Chocolate Truffle
(1 day of indulgence is permitted!!!)
Dinner : Two boiled eggs with wheat bread (see...i made up!!)
I was trying on low-carb foods most of the last week. Don't think it helps. It doesn't give you the energy that you need. So, I have to plan my carbs for the day correctly.
