Distance : 2.8 miles (4.5 kms)
Time : 25 minutes
Cycling:
Distance : 4.3 miles (6.9 kms)
Time : 20 minutes
Target : 10 kms in 52-53 minutes by September 1, 2006.
I've been running on and off (more off than on!!) for three years now. This blog is intended to keep me motivated through the ups and downs of this journey! p.s. Running is also an excuse to get away from The Wife
